Given our highly experienced and trained staff we offer a high level of customer care. Our Call Centre Department based in London can provide up-to-date information on the progress of all jobs and assistance on all aspects of servicing.

RepairTV aims to have the TV repaired for you as quickly as possible. In faults where we have to collect the TV for workshop inspection/diagnosing, we aim to return the TV within 3 to 5 days if the fault is simple and straightforward. If the TV needs a part then the delay depends upon the stock availability of the part.

Our friendly staff will assist you to the best of our capability when we come to collect your unit or when we deliver it. On delivery, we will plug the TV for you and show it you working and let you test it before we leave you with our 3 months warranty for your peace of mind.
