Great experience with Consumonics. I had a microwave with a broken button. Contacted the manufacturer who were unable to help as it was out of warranty. They told me about Consumonics who were extremely helpful. Quick, efficient and polite service. Fair prices. Excellent all round. Well done.

Consumonics team has been on top of their service from start till finish.

They informed me a day before on the time of arrival. The driver visited within the time window and called me before coming.

My TV was inspected and bubble-wrapped before being loaded into their van

They gave me a receipt of the collection and the callout fee I paid over the phone with them.

I got the update on the repair the next working day stating the cost of the repair and the fault diagnosis through a text message. I approved the estimate the same day and they returned the TV after 2 days of approval. So I was assured from the start that I had my TV in capable and careful hands. And they returned it within the time frame I was told when I contacted them.

They returned the set within the time slot they gave me a day before and the technician installed and setup the TV for me and showed everything was working and then we paid the balance on the repair.

I am certainly impressed and would definitely recommend.

Took my Sony TV in for repair and they looked and advised that the fault is not with the TV but with the power adaptor which cost me £30 new one.

I had this TV looked by another workshop who said it was faulty Power board and will cost me £110 to fix

Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant company. They are professional, superb, reliable and totally trustworthy. They provide an amazing , value for money, honest service.

This is in total contrast to the TV manufacturers – LG and others of the TV’s they fix. As customers of the big TV manufacturers- especially LG- we tend to get upset because we don’t know how poor and uncaring TV manufacturers- especially LG- are nowadays and how long TV’s last compared to the Good Old Days before Technology companies were run by the self-serving elite.

Consumonics are a wonderful reminder of great professional trade people. Polite, punctual, business-like and superlative at what they do.

Consumonics- Hammad and his fantastic , professional team especially the uplift driver Diego- are there to pick up the pieces when things go wrong because of TV Manufacturers like LG.

Consumonics will pick up your TV promptly, be totally honest about what is wrong with it, how long it will last, ie whether it is worth repairing – with a repair warranty- and then fix it as economically as possible and get the TV back to you as soon as they can.

Consumonics also provide phenomenal aftercare service. I can only say GREAT thinks about Hammad and Consumonics Ltd.

If only the TV manufacturers- especially LG- were as honest, professional and superb as Consumnics are our TV’s would not need repairing in the first place! A+++++++. 5 Stars. 100 out of 10!!!!!

Had an issue with my tv, Consumonics took care of it and fixed it in time. Highly recommended

So my mums aged Samsung TV finally gave up the ghost… or so I thought, unable to get the set to the repairers, Consumonics came and picked it up, boy am I glad they did… they confirmed it was dead but repairable (unlike the others who couldn’t be bothered to even have a look). My mum is not so good with technology and wouldn’t be able to cope with a new smart TV, so the part was ordered, TV fixed and delivered back to me within a week.

Outstanding service is not overstating it, and in this day and age is quite rare, of note I must mention Hammad Ahmed who oversaw everything for me, also the collect/delivery driver, really polite and courteous, sorry I didn’t catch his name, a really nice guy.

Overall the service, the knowledge, the speed and the cost, leads me to 5* recommend Consumonics highly and without exception…..Very well done.
